Se identific\u00f3 y analiz\u00f3 una revisi\u00f3n de la literatura sobre las \u00faltimas tecnolog\u00edas basada en 63 art\u00edculos recientes de 300 publicaciones que integran hallazgos emp\u00edricos con la pr\u00e1ctica profesional. Se propone una perspectiva de gesti\u00f3n del talento que reenfoca el estudio de las tecnolog\u00edas digitales e inteligentes en una praxis equilibrada que enfatiza el desarrollo conjunto de la experiencia contable con el dise\u00f1o de sistemas inteligentes.
