Une perspective de gestion des talents est propos\u00e9e recentrant l&rsquo;\u00e9tude des technologies num\u00e9riques et intelligentes sur une praxis \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e mettant l&rsquo;accent sur le co-d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;expertise comptable avec la conception de syst\u00e8mes intelligents.
