      Question 3 – What benefits/added value do you expect from AI?

      Please tell us in one paragraph the benefits or added value according to your experience, and/or at least according to your plans, which come or will come from the different applications or uses of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the operations of parliaments.

          1. Faster response times and workflow improvement from STT.
          2. Retrieval of “forgotten” info and contextual reasoning, from LLM’s.
          3. Enhancing customer experience, from chatbots.
          4. Generation of “json/xml files” for public parliamentary documents.

            I expect that the AI can enhance and improve parliamentary work in a manner that it will become more time-efficient, secure and precise.

                To homogenise the way the parliamentary procedures with a single way. The use of common AI tools dedicated to parliamentary officials is a must. The eliminations of unnecessary tasks, the digitalisation of parliamentary procedures with a user friendly manner is the expected benefit at the ned of the day. Moreover the parliamentary data could be used in proper manner, so their exploitation could assist the parliamentary operations.
